At our fashion brand, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will require a photo of the damage or defect before we can process the return.

Once we have received the photo and confirmed the damage or defect, we will process the return and issue a refund or exchange for the product.

Please note that we will not be able to process returns or refunds for products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
